Under the banner of Chess in Lakecity and Chessman Chess Academy, a district level open Chess Competition for under 11, 15 and 19 year of age group will start from 18^th May, Saturday at Shemford School, University Road.

Vikas Sahu, Trainer and program secretary informed that FIDE rated international and national players are going to take part in the competition. The competition is divided into 6 rounds, in all three age groups, the top three players will be honored with special prize, certificate and memento.

Aspiring players can get themselves registered at 10 in the morning.
