Dr. Dependra Singh Chouhan working as Boxing coach in Mohan Lal Sukhadia University (MLSU), has been invited as Sports Psychologist, by National Sports Authority for Men’s Senior Boxing team at Patiala, participating in training camp of Asian Commonwealth games.

According to Prof. Dariyav Singh Chundawat, Chairman, University Sports Board, “The training cum eligibility camp started from 16^th May 2014, while the post of Psychologist for team was recently decided, on which Dr. Dependra Singh Chouhan was selected.”

Prof. Chundawat added that this it is for the first time that someone from Udaipur Boxing is invited by National Sports Authority. The camp will continue till October 2014 followed by Commonwealth Games.

“I have been researching on players’ psychology for a long time. I also presented number of research papers over the years,” said Dr. Dependra Singh Chouhan.
