With the join collaboration of Central Educational Employee Group, MPUAT, Udaipur and Educational Employee Welfare Unit, Technology and Engineering University, Udaipur the 9th Educational Employee’s Vice Chancellor Chal Vaijyanti Sports Events will be organized from 29th February to 3rd March 2012 at CTAE Sports Ground.

The employees from 11 Districts are participating in this sporting event making a total of 300 contestants from all over the state. The sports include Football, Basketball, Volleyball, Kabaddi, Rassa-Kassi, Athletics, Badminton and Table Tennis. A cultural evening is scheduled daily during these days for the recreation and enjoyment of the participants.

Professor S.S.Chahal, Vice-chancellor, MPUAT will inaugurate the Sports Meet on the 29th February 2012.

When asked about excluding the Regional games Dr. Narendra Singh Rathore, Head of Orgainizing Committee said, “The reason behind not including them is that the rules of these games are not officially marked and we do not want to face any conflicts when the events are going on.” Being Head of Orgainizing Committee, Dr. Narendra Singh Rathore is taking care of all the facilities required during the event.

A detailed note titled ‘Khel Samachar’ will be published daily that will provide the information of the day along with the opinions and views of the participants and persons contributing the event.

Lalit Kumar Dave, President, Engineering and Technology College’s Employee Union, Udaipur; Govind Singh Rathore, Secretary, Engineering and Technology College’s Employee Union, Udaipur; Chunnilal Nagda, Sports Secretary and Narendra Nalwaya, University Sports Board are working for the successful completion of this event.
