What is Touch Rugby?

Touch rugby is derived from the trditional rugby football game but is a non-contact team sport with no force used. Instead of tackling, players stop opponents by simply touching them with their hands on any part of the body. The match, of 40 minute duration, is played by 6-a-side teams (from a 12-14 player squad) on a smaller pitch (approx. 70x50m) and can have a mixed gender (3 men, 3 women) team.
