Udaipur, Nov 06, 2025: The Jaipur Wax Museum will unveil a statue of Captain Harmanpreet Kaur on International Women’s Day. The proud Indian Women’s Cricket World Cup winner will be honored with a wax replica of their captain. Anoop Srivastava, founder of the Jaipur Wax Museum, said that the statue of Harmanpreet Kaur, captain of the Indian women’s cricket team and recent World Cup winner, will be placed at the museum located in Nahargarh Fort, Jaipur. The statue will be dedicated to India’s historic Women’s World Cup victory and will be unveiled on March 8, 2026.
Harmanpreet Kaur’s wax statue will not only celebrate her cricket achievements, but also stand as a symbol of women’s empowerment. The aim is to highlight not just celebrities but inspiring personalities. Harmanpreet Kaur is an example of hard work, determination, and confidence for millions of young people.
The Jaipur Wax Museum already has statues of famous cricketers like MS Dhoni, Sachin Tendulkar, and Virat Kohli. With Harmanpreet Kaur’s statue, two World Cup-winning captains will now share the same stage, reflecting India’s proud cricketing legacy.

A Tribute to Icons at Jaipur Wax Museum
The Jaipur Wax Museum currently has around 45 wax statues that represent royal family members, national heroes, and inspiring personalities. Statues of Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh II, Sawai Ram Singh II, Sawai Madho Singh II, Maharani Gayatri Devi, and Mahavir Chakra awardee Brigadier Maharaja Bhawani Singh are displayed in the Royal Darbar.
The museum’s famous Sheesh Mahal, decorated with 2.5 million glass pieces, will witness another proud moment when the statue of Harmanpreet Kaur, captain of the world-winning Indian women’s cricket team, is installed.
