ICC Announces Broadcast Details for T20 World Cup 2026

As excitement builds ahead of the tournament, the ICC has shared details about how fans can watch the matches live.

For viewers in India, the Star Sports network will air all matches on television. The games will be shown in multiple languages, including English, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, and Kannada. Digital viewers can also enjoy matches in regional languages like Bengali, Bhojpuri, and Haryanvi on JioHotstar.

Fans in Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Nepal, Bhutan, and the Maldives will also be able to watch the T20 World Cup through Star Sports’ broadcast partners in their regions.

Regional Broadcasters Announced for T20 World Cup

The ICC has also confirmed the regional broadcast partners for the T20 World Cup across different countries.

In Sri Lanka, which is one of the co-hosts, Dialog TV will be the official broadcaster. Fans in Ireland and the United Kingdom can watch the matches on Sky Sports Cricket and Sky Sports Main Event, while NOW will provide digital streaming.

Where Fans Can Watch Across the World

Viewers in South Africa can follow the tournament on SuperSport through television and live streaming. In Australia, the T20 World Cup will be streamed live on Prime Video. Fans in New Zealand can watch the matches on SKY Sport.

In Pakistan, the World Cup will be shown on PTV and Myco. Digital platforms such as Tamasha, ARY Zapp, and Tapmad will also stream the matches.

Three Matches Scheduled on Opening Day

The tournament will see three matches on the opening day. The T20 World Cup will begin with Pakistan vs Netherlands in Colombo on February 7. On the same day, Scotland will face West Indies at the Eden Gardens. Later, Team India will take on the USA in Mumbai, marking a big start to the competition.
