‘Kho Kho reflects the Indian culture and its roots. The game teaches us the technique of self protection.’ Pramod Samar said this at the inaugural ceremony of All India Inter Zone Kho Kho Male Competition organized by JRN Rajasthan Vidyapeeth University.

The chief guest was ACB’s Umesh Ojha, special guest being Pramod Samar along with Dr. Asgar Ali, Prof C.P Agrawal, Bhawani pal Singh, Dr. Dheeraj Joshi, Dr. Dilip Singh Chauhan and Prof S.S. Sarangdevot.

Director of Sports Board Prof C.P Agrawal informed that many teams from all over India have come to Udaipur for the competition including Kerala Univ, Kurukshetra Univ, Pondicherry Univ, North Maharashtra Univ, Purvanchal Univ, Punjab Univ, Pt Ravishankar Shukla Univ and CSJM Kanpur Univ etc.

In the event, Umesh Ojha and Dr. Pramod Samar were honored for the contribution in the Kho-Kho.
