An inter-college Badminton Tournament started today at Pacific Institute of Business Studies (PIBS). 25 teams from different colleges under Pacific Universities are participating in the tournaments.

The program was started with cultural programs and torch run. All teams were welcomed at Pacific University Campus. Chief Guest of the program was Rajendra Prasad Goyal, A.S.P (ACB).

Out of 25 teams, 10 teams are of female students. Sharad Kothari, university registrar announced the start of the tournament. Finals will be played on 19^th Oct.

While addressing the participant students, Dr. Mahendra Sojatia, director of PIBS said, “Sports should be played with team spirit which further helps in nurturing an individual with leadership skills.”
