Udaipur’s Deepankar Chakraborty Wins ITF Doubles in 60+ Category

Udaipur, December 17, 2024: In the 60+ age category, Deepankar Chakraborty from Udaipur won the doubles title at the International Tennis Federation (ITF) tournament held at Jaipur Club. Chakraborty and Pankaj Jain defeated the pair of Anil Nigam and Khemu in the final with a score of 6-4, 6-4 to claim the title.
Earlier, in the semifinals, the duo of Chakraborty and Jain won a tough match against Sudesh Singh and KK Vashisht, with a score of 7-6, 6-3.
Chakraborty from Udaipur and Jain from Delhi had represented India in the 60+ age category at the World Tennis Championship held in Portugal last year.
