Kerala Blasters FC Confirms Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium as Home Venue for upcoming ISL season

Feb 11, 2026: Kerala Blasters FC have decided to keep the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium in Kochi as their home venue for the upcoming Indian Super League season.

In an official statement, the club said Kochi continues to be the heart of the Blasters. The management highlighted the strong support from fans, saying the energy inside the stadium makes it one of the most exciting football grounds in the country. The club believes staying in Kochi strengthens its connection with supporters and the football culture of Kerala.

The Blasters also mentioned that many important moments in the club’s history have taken place at this stadium. They are hopeful of adding more special memories with the Yellow Army cheering from the stands.

Midfield Boost with Rowllin Borges Signing

Ahead of the ISL 2025-26 season, Kerala Blasters have also added experienced midfielder Rowllin Borges to their squad.

The 31-year-old brings solid league experience and calmness in midfield. He is known for maintaining balance in the team, winning important challenges and helping both in defence and attack. His presence is expected to add stability and depth to the squad.

Club CEO Abhik Chatterjee praised Borges, calling him a reliable and professional player. He said Borges’ leadership and experience will play a key role in the team’s plans this season.

Kerala Blasters will open their ISL 2025-26 campaign against Mohun Bagan at the Salt Lake Stadium in Kolkata on February 14.
