Khelgaon is likely to regain its original form very soon. Three helipads constructed during PM Modi’s visit have finally been ‘uprooted’.

45 days went past since PM Modi visited Udaipur. Khelgaon was in shambles but administration was not even worried about putting it back in shape for the purpose it was meant for. After constant news circulating about the pathetic condition of the grounds at Khelgaon, administration suddenly woke up and had the three helipads removed. This was done on the orders of Collector.

The helipad debris has not yet been removed. It has been said that in the next two days, everything will be cleared up and Khelgaon will regain its original form. PWD XEN Vinod Sharma said that work for reconstruction has picked speed and all will be normal in a few days’ time.

It has been reported that PWD is on with their work but UIT is still not bothered about the athletic track. The track worth 18 lakh rupees had been completely destroyed during Prime Minister’s visit. The players who frequent Khelgaon are facing a lot of inconvenience but UIT seems to sleeping over the subject.
