Khelo India University Games: Volleyball, Kayaking-Canoeing on Fateh Sagar
384 players, 100 officials to participate in Khelo India University Games from November 28 to December 1, 2025
Udaipur, Nov 6, 2025 - The fifth edition of the Khelo India University Games will be held from November 28 to December 1, 2025, and will include 384 players. District Sports Officer Dr Mahesh Paliwal said that of the sports disciplines being held in Udaipur, beach volleyball and kayaking-canoeing have been included in this competition for the first time. Cycling will debut in Jaipur.
The Sports Department is actively preparing for the events. Along with players, technical and support staff, around 100 officials and coaches associated with the sports will converge on the city.
The venues for all the events to be held in Udaipur have been approved.
The kayaking-canoeing and beach volleyball competitions will take place on Fateh Sagar while the Kill and Block competitions will be conducted behind Mahakal Temple, where two sand courts are being prepared. Judo matches will take place at the Atal Bihari Indoor Stadium inside MB College.
