The training center is spread across a more than 800 sq.ft sprawling campus and was inaugurated by Abhimanyu Singh Jhala, Chief Pradhan of Gogunda Panchayat.
According to Virat, the idea of opening this institute came up when he was in Thailand to attend a Kick-Boxing seminar. V’s Kick-Boxing is affiliated with the World Kick Boxing Federation including Indian and Rajasthan Kick Boxing Federation too.
Explaining the training of Kick Boxing, Vinisha said, “The Kick Boxing drill includes various training programs including loose weight, without weight and without machine, which also includes ground training and circuit training.”
Eventually, the institute will also serve as a platform for those who want to make their career in Kick-Boxing as they will get Professional level training coupled with international exposure.
The establishment has all necessary items for training including Ankle weight, Sky bag, Gloves, Zero dumbbells, Stepper, Gym ball, etc.
Kick Boxing generally refers to Martial Arts and this stand-up combat sport is based on kicking and punching, pursuing its roots from Karate, Muay Thai and Western boxing. Kickboxing is often practiced for self-defense, general fitness, or as a contact sport.
However, the sport has international acclaim but in India it still needs huge support.
