Pant also clarified that his batting position is flexible. He may bat at number three in some matches to accommodate Aiden Markram at the top. Despite their early collapse, DC staged a brilliant recovery. Sameer Rizvi was the star of the innings, scoring 70 not out off 47 balls, hitting five fours and four sixes. Tristan Stubbs supported him with a patient 39 off 32 balls. Their partnership stabilized the innings, gradually shifting momentum in Delhi’s favor.
