MLSU team is preparing for All India Inter University Archery Tournament scheduled from 4^th February. Team will start on 1^st Feb to participate in championship organized by Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar (Punjab).

Today team MLSU, with its 11 selected archers, was seen with a Bow and Arrow aiming on cardboard target under the guidance of Narayan Lal Bharanda, appointed coach of the team.

Narayan Lal informed that the team is divided into 3 groups on the basis of various events. In the Compound event, Kanti Lal Maida, Birju Raj and Kanti Lal Meena would participate, while Lal Bhadur Singh, Manish Damol and Dinesh Dama will represent MLSU in Recursive event. For Indian Rounds, two sub group of both boys and girls are made; Ajeet Bharanda, Tejendar Singh Dindor, Sanjay Kumar Sharma and Ankit Patel in boys and Sunita Meena, Seema Meena and Mamta in girls will participate.

D.S Chouhan, Secretary, Sports Board said, “Team will start on 1^st Feb and will participate in the training camp, while the tournament will start from 4^th -9^th Feb”.
