Udaipur’s Mohan Lal Sukhadia University Team won the award of second runner up after being defeated by the Mumbai University in the final match of West Zone Inter University Badminton Tournament held in RTU, Kota.

The team lost the game by 4-1. However MLSU team has qualified for the upcoming All India Inter Zonal University Badminton (M) Championship at Kalinga University, Bhubneshwar from 23-27 December 2013.

MLSU’s Rajat Rathod, Prashant Sen, Michael and Aditya Mehta played tough matches but lost with 1 or 2 points.

Throughout the championship, Team MLSU showed great sporting skills and registered many notable wins.
