Mohan Lal Sukhadia University (MLSU) has won the title of West Zone Champion in West Zone Inter-University Football Tournament, where team MLSU defeated Shivaji University of Kolhapur in a thrilling match played earlier this morning.

According to Chunnilal Chanderia, Spokesperson, West Zone Tournament informed that the Final league match was played between MLSU and Shivaji University of Kolhapur. The match was played in morning session where MLSU remained victorious with 3-1.

Chunnilal added that team MLSU exhibited an outstanding performance throughout the tournament. The team took lead of 1-0 in first half itself with help of amazing shoot of forward player Tarun Nivan.

On the final day of championship first match was played between Mumbai University and Jai Narayan Vyas University, Jodhpur, Mumbai won the match with 5-0 securing third position in the tournament.
