Mohanlal Sukhadia University defeated east zone’s winner Kaashi Vidhyapeeth, Varanasi in All India Inter Zonal University Volleyball (male) Competition 2014-15.

The competition hosted by Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra from 7th November to 10th November saw the team of MLSU defeat east zone winners Kaashi Vidhyapeeth, Varanasi by 3-1. Team’s captain Roshan Dangi, Bunky Romit and Rajesh Panwar gave excellent performance.

Sports Committee In charge, MLSU, Dr. Dipendra Singh Chauhan said that in the second league match, MLSU team will compete against Satya Bhama University, Chennai.

The MLSU team in 1978 had won Silver in the All India Inter Zonal University Volleyball competition that was held in Udaipur.
