The Udaipur District Power Lifting Association is organizing the 33^rd State Level Senior (Men & Women) Powerlifting Competition, scheduled on 6^th and 7^th July at the Luv Kush Stadium where around 120 athletes from 16 districts will participate.

As per information shared by Vinod Sahu, President, District Power Lifting Association, in this state level tournament national and international level power lifters from 16 districts including Udaipur, Bikaner, Ganganagar, Jodhpur, Pali, Nagore, Jaipur, Kota, Ajmer and Alwar will compete.

Vinod Sahu further informed that winner in each of the Male and Female categories will be awarded with Gold, Silver and Bronze medals, while the best player of the tournament would be given the title of Strong Man and Strong Woman respectively.

The preparation of the tournament is all set for commencement tomorrow and the association has announced the names of the Lifters in Team Udaipur.  The Team officials are AmritLalKalyani (Coach) and Deepak Gaud (Manager). The performing candidates are as under:
