Udaipur will be hosting National Canoe Polo tournament scheduled from 14^th August at Lake Fateh Sagar. The tournament is organized by Rajasthan Kayaking and Canoeing Association. Team of 10 states will participate along with teams of Indian Army and NCC.

Dilip Singh Chouhan, Coach, Rajasthan Kayaking and Canoeing Association informed that teams from M.P, Delhi, Bihar, Gujarat, Jammu & Kashmir, Chhattisgarh, Rajasthan and three from Army and NCC will participate in this tournament. It would be for the first time that team Rajasthan will participate in Canoe Polo Championship.

Chouhan added that a floating court will be established in Fatehsagar along with a goal post. The game has an official timing of 20 mins each, while a half time would be of 10 min per game. In each team there would be 5 players, which will be playing according to International standards of game.
