District Chess Association in association with Ladji Chess Club will organize the Rajiv Gandhi Memorial, National Level under-20 Chess Championship from 19^th Dec. at CPS School Bhupalpura; the tournament is scheduled over 3 days, concluding on 22^nd Dec.

According Anish Chittoda, Organising Secretary, “The championship is held for both Boys and Girls categories; the winners of both categories will be awarded, including first, second and third best players of Udaipur, as well as Rajasthan.

Anish added that all the prizes will be in the form of cash grants, where the winner of Boys category will be awarded Rs. 20 thousand in cash, whereas in Girls category the amount is Rs. 11 thousand, including consolation cash prizes for top twenty places in both categories.
