Rajasthan team won 7 gold, 8 silver and 1 Bronze medals at West Zonal State Power Lifting Championship that concluded at Ponda, Goa on 19^th May.

Rajasthan team stood winners of the championship in both men and women categories.

In the individual award, Sameer Khan and Rajkumari Yadav, both from Udaipur were awarded with Strongman of West Zone and Strongwoman of West Zone awards, respectively.

Other athletes from Rajasthan team who won the medals are: Sameer khan, Arjun Gussar, Sunil Gujarati, Shivnarayan Vyas, Rahil Ahmed Sheikh, Nimit Audhicya, Divyansh Soni, Ashish Ojha, Rajaram Dadhich, Vishal Gaud and Naveen Sharma.

In women category: Rajkumari Yadav, Rekha Vyas, Deepika Vyas, Nisha Vyas and Indira Bhandari
