Rahul Sharma becomes youngest FIDE rated player of Udaipur
Rahul Sharma of Udaipur will be the youngest and 50th FIDE rated chess player of Udaipur. Student of The Junior Study, Rahul exhibited an outstanding game in the recently concluded 27th National Under-9 Chess Tournament.

Chess Trainer Vikas Sahu informed that the tournaments were conducted from 6-14 Nov at Chennai, Tamil Nadu. While playing with all FIDE rated chess masters, Rahul Sharma grabbed five points and his rating performance was 1248. Sahu said, “Rahul Sharma’s name will be updated in the upcoming FIDE Rating list by World Chess Federation.”
Rahul is qualified for national level after achieving fourth position in State Level Chess Tournament.
It is a matter of great pride and honor for Udaipur that Rahul is the 50th FIDE rated chess player of the city.
