Rajasthan secures second place in National Senior Benchpress
Shyamlal Khinchi of Pali won the Best Lifter of India, as Rajasthan managed to secure second place in the 18th National Senior Bench Press Tournament organized under the auspices of Madhya Pradesh Strength Lifting Association and held at Jabalpur. This is the third consecutive year that lifters from Rajasthan have secured second place at the National Level.

This is the third consecutive year that lifters from Rajasthan have secured second place at the National Level.
Chandresh Soni, General Secretary of Rajasthan Strength Lifting Association said that Khinchi won the Best Lifter Award in the Masters category after lifting a total of 695 kg in the 100 KG Weight Category. The other members who performed extraordinarily for Rajasthan are Narpat Singh, Harshit Bapna, Karanpuri Goswami and Guddu Singh.
The Chairman, Pramod Samar; Joint Secretary Udaipur, Kamlesh Sharma and Technical Advisor Amritlal Kalyani of the Rajasthan Strength Lifting Association congratulated the team and have announced that the felicitation ceremony for the participants will be organized at Udaipur in the coming month.

Pavan Kumawat won Gold in 72kg weight category, he lifted 772.5kg weight.
Divyansh Soni won Silver in 60kg weight category, he lifted 660kg weight.
Shekhar Sharma won Bronze in 60kg weight category, he lifted 560kg weight.
Jitendra Adiwal won Gold in 80kg weight category, he lifted 782.5kg weight.
Lalit Gotia won Silver in 90kg weight category, he lifted 622.5kg weight.
Chen Singh won Silver in 110kg weight category, he lifted 592.5kg weight.
Women Category
Indira Bhandari won Bronze in 66kg weight category, she lifted 295kg weight.
Masters Category
Mangu Singh won Gold in 55kg weight category, he lifted 322.5kg weight.
Ghanshyam Kumawat won Silver in 66kg weight category, he lifted 455kg weight.
Viramram Gurjar won Bronze in 72kg weight category, he lifted 385kg weight.
Shyamlal Khinchi won Gold in 100kg weight category, he lifted 695kg weight.

Gajendra Saini won Gold in 72kg weight category, he lifted 217.5kg weight.
