Swimming classes are about to begin in Khelgaon. It may be noted that a swimming pool based on international standards was made in Khelgaon in 2014 and coaching is now about to begin for the season from 16^th March.

It has been informed and the information is a great shock that water of the pool is being replaced for the first time since 2014. Classes would be held in 4 batches after the entire repair and maintenance work. Each batch will be of 45 minutes. The timing planned as of now for the coaching session is 6 a.m. to 9:15 a.m. and 4 p.m. to 7:15 p.m.

There is no change in the fee structure. Fee structure for children, senior citizens and divyangs is 800 rupees per month. 1000 rupees will be payable by common public and adults. Registration fee is 100 rupees. Sports Officer Lalit Singh Jhala informed that the pool was closed for 4 months for repair and maintenance work. The water filter plant has been changed including the pump-set. The tiles that were wearing out have been replaced. Overall, the pool is good enough for training sessions beginning from 16^th March.
