Rs. 51,000 cash prize distributed in Open Chess Championship

The winners of the Late Shri Devilal Ji Nuhia Memorial Holi Cup Open Chess Championship 2015 were announced in which Palash Shah stood first and Sunny Bedi stood second in the event.
The competition was organized by Chess in Lakecity with Buddhibal Seva Sansthan at The Stanvard School from 27th to 29th March where Rs. 51,000 cash prize were distributed among the winners with certificates.
Trainer Vikas Sahu informed that after 8 rounds of the championship, the top 10 winners were Palash Shah, Sunny Bedi, Arpita Gupta, Chandrajeet Rajawat, Manthan Chittora, Praveen Kothari, Suraj Sahu, Richin Jain, Kishanlal Keer and Hemendra Singh Makwana.

Under 19- Vibhav Pamecha, Gautam Kataria, Divyanshu Babel
Under 17- Arun Kataria, Shubhani Kapoor, Bhavesh Pandiyar
Under 15- Prabhav Maheshwari, Naman Mehta, Sanket Agrawal
Under 13- Pallav Chaudhary, Vandan Lodha, Devansh Chechani
Under 11- Chinmaya Jain, Kartik Bhandari, Raj Kumawat
Under 9- Aryaveer Saxena, Kushal Malkani, Praneet Trivedi
Under 7- Prakhar Pathak, Sanskar Jain
Best Women– Bhavya Narang, Anisha Jain, Ranu Porwal
The awardee of Youngest Boy was Lakshya Narang and Youngest Girl was Akshi Chatwani. All the winners were presented cash prize with certificates and trophy.
