The students of St. Anthony School performed well in the recently concluded C.B.S.E. West Zone Chess Championship organized by Indus World School, Indore grabbing the 7^th position in Under-14 and 11^th position in Under-19 group.

William D’Souza, Principal of St. Anthony informed that under the guidance of Coach Vikas Sahu, participants won against Guru Hari Kishan School, B.K. Birla Centre for Education, J.H. Ambani School, Saraswati Vidhyamanduir Surat, Ambuja Public School, Pali and Nemi Sharnaya School securing 7^th place in Under-14 group.

In Under-19 group, participants secured the 11^th position defeating J.J. Public School, Bhawans B.P. Vidhyamandir, Nagpur, New Horizon Public School, Mumbai, D.A.V. Public School and The Emerald Heights International School.
