In the Annual Meeting of the Tailik Sahu Mewar Seva Samiti held yesterday it was decided to organize various sports activity within the community, including Cricket, Chess and Carom for both men and women of the community. The activities will start from 18th December and conclude on 30th December with the awards ceremony.

This sport meet will start with theCricket Tournament from 18th- 20th December, followed by the Chess competition on 23rd December along with a blood donation camp. The Carom competition and a Chair Race will be organized on 27th-28th December.

The community cricket tournament, ‘Tailik Sahu Mewar Cup’ is scheduled to be held at Field Club in which 7 teams from within the community will participate. Every team will be provided with a complete kit worth Rs. 40,000 per team, and the winning team will be awarded with a Trophy.

According to Hemant Daya, spokesperson of the committee, it was informed that the Chess Competition on 23rd will be held at the Sahu Public School.

He added that the blood donation camp is being arranged at Nara Khara in Taliyon Ka Nora, while on 27th-28th the Carom competition and Chair Race will take place, culminating with the prize distribution ceremony to be held on 30th December.
