Udaipur's Tashri Menaria to Represent State in National Boxing
Tashri Menaria will represent the Rajasthan Senior Team in the National Senior Boxing Championship in Noida in the Super Heavyweight category
Udaipur, Jan 5, 2026 – Udaipur boxer Tashri Menaria will represent the Rajasthan Senior Team in the upcoming National Senior Boxing Championship to be held in Noida. She will compete in the Super Heavyweight category on behalf of the State.
District Boxing Association Secretary Fateh Singh Rathore informed that Tashri recently won a gold medal at the State Senior Boxing Championship. In addition, she also secured a medal at the Khelo India University Games, bringing pride to Udaipur and Rajasthan.
Tashri is currently receiving training under Narpat Singh Chundawat, a coach of the State Sports Council, shared Rathore.
Boxing Federation of India official RJ Samar, District Boxing Association Secretary Fateh Singh Rathore, Hemraj National Gymnasium Manager Sanjay Soni, along with all members of the District Boxing Association and fellow boxers, have extended their best wishes to Tashri. Additionally, District Boxing Association president Ram Narayan Kothari, Dalpat Singh Chundawat, Pushkar Sharma, Balulal Khokhawat, Kuldeep Joshi, Umesh Bhardwaj, Shambhu Singh Rathore and Chetan Singh Panwar congratulated Tashri.
