The Under-19 teams of St Anthony Sr. Sec. School and MDS Sr. Sec. School left for Amritsar to participate in the CBSE National Chess Tournament. The event is going to be held in D.A.V. School in Amritsar from 18th-23rd November.

Many schools across the country are going to participate in the event. Even the teams from UAE’s CBSE affiliated schools are going to be a part of the tournament.

From St. Anthony School, with coach Vikas Sahu, the team consists of Mudit Babel (Captain), Nikhil Yadav, Yugansh Shukla, Manthan Chittora and Kushal Patel. From MDS School, the team includes Ayush Lodha (captain), Kanishk Pandey, Prabhav Maheshwari, Udlakshy Raina and Saket Agrawal with team cooridnator Vatsalya Yadav.

The Principals of the respective schools wished the teams all the luck and success.
