The Annual Cross Country Run of approx. 6 Km was organized by The Study Senior Secondary School for their students of Classes VI to X today morning at Badi campus.

With the aim of keeping the students fit and healthy and spreading the importance of physical activities rather than wasting time on playing games on PSP’s, Computers and TV, the run has been a traditional event in the school’s history.

Nisha Meena, Nehal Jain and Mahima Sharma of classes VIII B, VII and VII secured the first, second and third positions respectively in the VI-VIII Girls Category. Similarly, Shubham Saini, Kavya Ameta and Prahlad of classes VI, VII, VIII secured the first, second and third positions respectively in the VI-VIII Boys Category in the Run.

Rishita Acharya of Class IX, Shaifali Tak and Nikita Sharma class X grabbed the first, second and third positions respectively in the IX Girls Category. Similarly, Pal Bhavsar and Parv Bansal of class IX and Rishabh Purbia of class X grabbed the first, second and third positions respectively in the VI-VIII Boys Category of the Run.

All the school teachers were present in the Run route for cheering up and motivating the students. The tired students after finishing the run were served with Glucose/Lemon water for rejuvenation.
