The three day final of the State Under- 19 Junior Cricket Championship being played between Jaipur and Ganaganagar started today at Field Club, Udaipur. This tournament has been jointly organized by the Rajasthan Cricket Association (RCA) and Udaipur District Cricket Association (UDCA).

Jaipur entered the finals by defeating Udaipur, while Ganaganagar qualified by winning over Ajmer. On the first day of three-day final, Jaipur batting first, managed to score 250 runs losing all of their wickets.

Ashok Choudhary scored 121 runs for his team, while Asad was the second top scorer with 68 runs for Jaipur. Pardeep Jhakhad of Ganaganagar proved deadly as he took 3 wickets.

Before stumps on day-one, Ganaganagar lost 3 wickets at a score of 21 runs, as Rahul Meena took 2 wickets for Jaipur giving away just 11 runs.
