The 28th National Sub-Junior Boxing Tournament, which is scheduled to commence from 26th August 2012 at Akola in Maharashtra, will see three of Udaipur’s finest Boxing Talents vying for the honors among their peers from across the nation.

The 28th National Sub-Junior Boxing Tournament, which is scheduled to commence from 26th August 2012 at Akola in Maharashtra, will see three of Udaipur’s finest Boxing Talents vying for the honors among their peers from across the nation.

Fateh Singh Rathore, the Secretary of Udaipur District Amateur Boxing Association, said that all three of the selected Boxers, viz. Chetan Singh, Suraj Soni and Vijay Dharu had won Gold Medals at the State Level Tournament held at Hanumangadh.  All three had won their respective fights in the first round itself.

Among the trio, Chetan has already won medals at the National levels and there are a lot of expectations from him, along with Suraj and Vijay.

All three of them have been doing their training at the Shri Hemraj National Gymnasium.  Prior to their tryst with destiny which starts tomorrow, they threesome were given good wishes by Dalpat Singh Chundawat, President of the Udaipur District Amateur Boxing Association; Bhanwar Lal Sharma; Ramnarayan Kothari; Narpat Singh Chundawat, Coach of the National Youth Team and State  Sports Council; Praveen Paneri, Senior Boxer and Coach and Sanjay Soni, Secretary of Shri Hemraj National Gymnasium.
