Udaipur, December 16, 2024 - In the 68th National School Sports held at the Tyagaraj Stadium in Delhi, players from Udaipur outperformed winning silver and bronze medals.

Sanju Singh, general secretary of the Extreme Martial Arts Academy Rajasthan and Udaipur District, informed that in the Women’s category, Smista Gehlot won a silver medal in the 52 kg weight category. In the Men’s category, Devansh Tatawat won a bronze medal in the 50 kg weight category.

The 68th National School Sports is a month-long event featuring 11 sports disciplines. Participants include 43 States and Union Territories. The event is organised by the Directorate of Education’s Sports Branch and will run in three phases over 30 days.
