Udaipur, February 13, 2025 - Two kabaddi players from Udaipur have been selected for the Rajasthan State Senior Kabaddi team based on their performances in the Rajasthan State Senior Men’s and Women’s Kabaddi Championship games held in Jodhpur. Narendra Gurjar is picked for the Rajasthan men’s team while Manisha Aheer will play for the women’s team.

This information was given by Jalamchand Jain, organising secretary of the Udaipur District Kabaddi Association.

The National Senior Men’s Kabaddi Championship, according to Jain, will be held from February 22 to 25 in Cuttack, Odisha. The National Senior Women’s Kabaddi Championship will take place from February 15 to 18 in Karnal, Haryana.

Congratulatory messages have been extended to the two players from Surendra Singh Khanuja, president, Udaipur District Kabaddi Association, Vinod Sahu, president, Udaipur District Olympic Association, Mukesh Jain, secretary, Udaipur District Kabaddi Association, Satyanarayan Singh Gehlot, selection committee member, and Dinesh Shrimali, chairman, Udaipur District Olympic Association.
