Udaipur’s Priya Chaudhary Becomes Mewar’s First Volleyball Player in Indian Team Camp

She secured bronze medal in National Games 2025

Udaipur, March 8, 2025 - Priya Chaudhary from Jewana Village in Mavli, Udaipur, has represented Rajasthan multiple times in state and national-level volleyball tournaments.

District Volleyball Association Secretary Hemraj Sonwal informed that Priya won a bronze medal in the Mini National tournament. She was also part of the Rajasthan team in the National Games held in Bhavnagar. In the National Games 2025 in Uttarakhand, she again secured a bronze medal.

Priya has created history by becoming the first volleyball player from Mewar to join the Indian team’s training camp. This achievement has made her village proud.

Currently, Priya is living in Jaipur and receiving training from her father, Prabhulal Jat, who is a national-level player.
