Team collectively bags one gold, six silver and four bronze medals
Udaipur, October 8, 2024 - The team from Udaipur emerged runner-up with 11 medals under its belt in the 68th State Level Roller Skating Championship held in Sawai Madhopur. According to team coach Jagat Pratap Singh, Udaipur won one gold, six silver and four bronze medals.
In the 2000-metre road race in the quad category for girls under 14, Tanvi Menaria won the gold. Yashika Rao won the bronze in the 500-metre race and bronze in the 2000-metre road race.
In the inline category, Hridhani Panwar bagged three silvers: one in the 500-metre race, one in the one-lap event and one in the 2000-metre event.
In the boys quad category, Nakshraj Singh Panwar won the silver in the 1000-metre race. In the inline category, Kavyansh Poorbia won the silver in the 1000-metre race, bronze in the one-lap event and bronze in the 2000-metre road race.
Darshan Tank secured the silver in the 500-metre race.
District Sports Officer Lakshman Salvi congratulated the participants, team in-charge Prakash Jagarwal and Leena Kanwar and coach Singh for this achievement.
