Udaipur won the title of champion in the 32^nd State Senior Power lifting Championship concluded recently at Mount Abu with 5 Gold, 6 silver and 2 Bronze medals. Sameer Khan of Udaipur received the title of “Strongman of Rajasthan”.

In the men’s section, Sameer (540kg lift in 66kg weight category), Bhupendra Vyas (550kg lift in 74kg weight category) & Chandresh Soni (540kg lift in 83kg weight category) won the Gold Medals.

In the women’s category, Raksha Vyas (200kg lift in 47kg weight category) & Rajkumari Yadav (252.2 kg lift in 84kg weight category) won the Gold Medals for Udaipur.

Vikas Jain, Divyansh Soni, Arjun Paliwal, Bhagwat Singh, Kamlesh Sharma and Indira Bhandari won the Silver Medal for Udaipur.

The Bronze Medals were grabbed by Govind Prajapat and Prem Dangi.
