Udaipur Wins Overall Title in Silambam Championship

Udaipur, Nov 19, 2025 - The three-day Khelo India Asmita State Silambam Women’s League and Rajasthan State Silambam Championship concluded on Monday, November 17. Players from Udaipur, Jodhpur, Barmer, Pali and Hanumangarh showcased their skills during the competition held at Indie Genius Progressive School, Udaipur.

Participants from Udaipur put up an outstanding peformance, winning the overall championship.

In the Women’s League, Udaipur dominated under the guidance of coach Neelmani Panwar, with Udaipur players excelling across all age groups. The winners were:

Silver Medal – Kanishka Chaudhary, Dharvi Goswami, Dhruvika Kanwar Rathore

Udaipur clinched the overall championship trophy, while Jodhpur secured second place and Barmer came third.

Mangilal Salvi, Secretary of the Rajasthan Silambam Association, shared that the players had trained at Marcos Martial Arts Academy. He congratulated the winners and said the next goal is to win more medals at the national level.
