District Power Lifting Association, Udaipur organized Senior and Master Bench Championship at Luv Kush Stadium on 30^th December, in which Usman Khan and Rajkumari Menaria were awarded as Strong Man and Woman title.

According to Vinod Sahu, President, District Power Lifting Association, a one day competition among various weight categories for both, Men and Women was organized. On the conclusion of tournament awards were given by Sagar Mal Jain, Ex-Director of All India Radio in presence of other prestigious guests.

In the competition Bench Press event was held among athletes of various categories, in which Usman Khan won title of Strong Man of Udaipur.  He lifted 130 Kg while doing bench press and was also awarded Gold medal in 66 Kg weight category.

Rajkumari Menaria was awarded with title of Strong Woman in the Women group along with a Gold Medal; she lifted 40 Kgweight in her weight category of 57 Kg.
