The West Zone Girls’ Kho Kho Championship concluded today with Mumbai University securing the first position. The competition organized by JRN Rajasthan Vidyapeeth University saw 6 league matches played in the last day.

President of University Sports Board Prof C.P Agrawal informed that today’s program was commenced with a speech by Vice Chancellor Prof S.S Sarangdevot.

The chief guest was District Sports Officer Lalit Singh Jhala and special guests were Mool Singh Rao, Himmat Singh Chauhan, Athlete Hamida Bano, Sports Board In charge of MLSU Dr. Dipendra Singh Chauhan.

Prof Agrawal further informed that at the last day of the event, Mumbai University stood first, Pune University stood second, Shivaji University from Kolhapur stood third and Sardar Patel University from Vallabhnagar stood fourth. All these teams will participate in the upcoming All India Inter-Zone Competition.

All the winners were awarded and presented appreciation letter from the esteemed guests present.
