The Late Bhupendra Jung Bahadur Rana Memorial Lake City Open Chess tournament for children concluded today with prize distribution ceremony. The program was held at Shramjeevi College’s BBM Department.

The two day chess tournament was organized by Mrignaini Seva Samiti. Many children from city’s various schools took part in the tournament and showcased their chess skills.

Manju Rajmali of Mrignaini Seva Samiti informed, “Yash Mandavria won in Group A while Chandrajeet Singh Rajawat won in Group B. The chief arbitrator was Rishi Salvi.”

Guests of the event Riyaz Hussain, assistant vice secretary of Rajasthan Vidyapeeth with Girish Bharti, Jaji Meghwal and Y.D Vyas presented certificates and prizes to the winners. Thanks you note was given by Dr. Dilip Singh Chouhan while Vikas Sahu was the coordinator of the event.
