Advaiya sponsored Solaris 2010-2021, IIM Udaipur's renowned annual event, to take the younger generation a step forward in their leadership capabilities. The two-day long management extravaganza was held from 9-10 January 2021. Since its inception back in 2015, the annual management fest has become a milestone in the Institute's entire ecosystem and has emerged as the region's largest management symposium.

With 20+ events, 5 panels, 6 summits, and 25+ speakers, Solaris '20-'21  - Transcending Ideologies brought inspiration and motivation, paving the way for excellence in the dynamic business environment through eclectic events, enriching talks, and engaging social connect.

The event also included Netratva - the leadership talk series. The Netratva aims at guiding students to a promising leadership career by exposing them to experiences and guidance from eminent personalities of the business world. Manish Godha, CEO and Founder at Advaiya Solutions, was invited as one of the eminent speakers at the event.
