Department of Information Technology and Communication has installed 400 E-Mitra plus kiosks at 400 centres of Atal Seva Kendra. These self service kiosks will provide the same facility as any ATM machine.

Public can now benefit from these kiosks which have similar functions as any ATM. It will be very convenient for the public to get copies of their deposits, original residence proof, birth and death certificates etc. at a fixed service charge from these kiosks. Water and electricity bills can also be paid through these kiosks. Print outs can also be taken from the thermal printing machine which functions on thumb impression. These kiosks can also be used for depositing amount.

The self service kiosks have 2 screens of 17 and 32 inches respectively. 17 inch screen is a touch screen meant for availing various services. 32 inch screen has all the relevant information related to administration. A web-cam facility is also available for video conferencing.
