The OnePlus 13T smartphone will launch in China on April 24. This phone will be part of the company's OnePlus 13 series. It will be the third smartphone in this lineup. The OnePlus 13T will launch in a compact size, just like the Vivo X200 Pro Mini and OPPO Find X8s. The company has already confirmed many details about this phone. Now, it has shared more information about the OnePlus 13T’s chipset, battery, size, and magnetic case.

OnePlus 13T Chipset and Battery Confirmed

The OnePlus 13T smartphone will launch with a 6260mAh glacial battery. The company claims this will be the world’s first compact phone to have a battery bigger than 6000mAh. Earlier, OPPO Find X8s and Vivo X200 Pro Mini came with a 5700mAh battery. OnePlus has also confirmed that this phone will support bypass charging. This means when you use the phone while charging, the power will directly come from the charger. This will help reduce heating during use. According to the pre-reservation page, the OnePlus 13T will come with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset.

This smartphone will also feature Slick Glass Technology, which will give it a smooth and soft touch feel. OnePlus 13T will launch in Cloud Ink Black color. The phone will have a compact 6.32-inch display. A post on Weibo also shows that the OnePlus 13T will come with a Sandstone Magnetic Protective Case, named OPPO Mag Magnetic.

Some leaked pictures of the OnePlus 13T have appeared on social media. In these images, the phone was compared with the OnePlus 13, Vivo X200 Pro Mini, and OPPO Find X8s. The photos confirm that the OnePlus 13T will launch with a compact design.

OnePlus has also redesigned the camera module for this model. This time, the camera setup does not carry Hasselblad branding.

Special Changes: Action Button Instead of Alert Slider

The OnePlus 13T will have a new Quick Key action button instead of the traditional alert slider.

The exact price of the OnePlus 13T is still unknown. For reference, Realme recently launched the Realme GT 7 Pro Racing Edition with the same Snapdragon 8 Elite processor for CNY 3,099 (around Rs 36,300).
