Udaipur, April 22, 2025: Redmi is going to launch another new phone by the end of this week, which the company will introduce as the Redmi Turbo 4 Pro. The design and colour options of this upcoming handset have already been revealed before the launch.
This powerful device is expected to have a 2.5K resolution display, which has also been teased in official posters. The phone may come with the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 chipset. However, its design might be similar to the regular Redmi Turbo 4 variant, which was launched in China in January. The base model has a MediaTek Dimensity 8400-Ultra Soc processor and an OLED display with 1.5K resolution. The Pro model is expected to bring many major upgrades.
Now let’s take a look at the launch details of this phone.
Launch Date Confirmed
The Redmi Turbo 4 Pro will launch in China on April 24 at 7 PM local time. In India, the launch event will start at 4:30 PM. The company has shared this information through a post on Weibo. Not only this, the design of the handset has also been teased in another post, where a dual rear camera setup can be clearly seen on the back of the phone.
Camera and Design Details
The Redmi Turbo 4 Pro will come with two rear camera sensors, placed inside a pill-shaped module at the top left corner on the back. Along with the camera module, a long LED flash is also present. The volume rocker and power button are placed on the right side of the handset for easy access.
Colour Options and Display Features
The phone will feature a flat display with very thin bezels and a centred hole-punch cutout for the front camera. Redmi's General Manager, Thomas Wang, has confirmed through Weibo that the Redmi Turbo 4 Pro will launch in three color options — Black, Green, and White.
Specifications
The phone will be powered by the new Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 processor. This is a powerful 4nm octa-core chipset. The device will support up to 24GB Lpddr5x RAM and UFS 4.0 onboard storage. For long-lasting use, the phone might include a large 7,000mAh battery. There are also reports that the Redmi Turbo 4 Pro could launch in global markets outside China under the name Poco F7.
