October 30, 2026: Royal Enfield's first electric motorcycle, the Flying Flea C6, is now available in another Indian city. After Bengaluru and Hyderabad, the retro-style electric motorcycle has arrived in Pune. The Chennai-based company has announced that 10 dealerships in Pune will offer sales and service for the Flying Flea C6.

Earlier, the company introduced sales and service facilities at 12 dealerships in Bengaluru and four in Hyderabad. With this expansion, Royal Enfield is gradually reaching more customers in India with its first electric motorcycle.

The company launched the Flying Flea C6 earlier this year, with an ex-showroom price of ₹2.79 lakh in Bengaluru. Initially, the motorcycle was available mainly in Bengaluru before expanding to Hyderabad. Now, its arrival in Pune marks another step in the company's domestic expansion. However, Royal Enfield has not announced any Pune-specific pricing or special offers.

154 km Range and 15.4 kW Motor

The Royal Enfield Flying Flea C6 comes with a 3.91 kWh battery pack. According to the company, the electric motorcycle offers a claimed range of up to 154 km on a full charge under IDC test conditions. However, the actual range may vary depending on riding style, speed, road conditions and weather.

The motorcycle uses a Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (PMSM) that produces a maximum power of 15.4 kW and peak torque of 60 Nm. The instant torque delivered by the electric motor can be useful for frequent acceleration and deceleration on city roads.

The Flying Flea C6 also features a distinctive retro design. One of its key highlights is the girder-style front suspension, which gives it a different appearance compared with many modern electric motorcycles. The combination of classic styling and modern electric technology is one of the bike's main attractions.

Modern Safety Features and Five Riding Modes

Royal Enfield has equipped the Flying Flea C6 with several modern features. These include cornering-sensitive ABS and traction control, which are designed to support braking and traction management while cornering.

The electric motorcycle also offers five riding modes, including one that riders can configure according to their preferences. These modes allow riders to adjust the motorcycle's performance to suit different road conditions and riding styles.

With sales and service now available in Pune, customers can visit participating dealerships to explore the motorcycle's design, features and riding technology.

Flying Flea C6 Available in Three Colours

The Royal Enfield Flying Flea C6 is available in three colours: Flea Green, Storm Black and Parachute White. All three colour options have the same ex-showroom price of ₹2.79 lakh in Bengaluru under the standard purchase option.

Buyers can also choose the Battery-as-a-Service (BaaS) plan. Under this option, the initial price of the motorcycle can be reduced to ₹1.99 lakh, with battery-related costs covered through a separate service-based payment model.

Before choosing the BaaS option, buyers should check the battery usage charges, recurring payments and other applicable terms and conditions to understand the overall cost of ownership.

Scrambler-Style Flying Flea S6 Also in Development

Alongside the Flying Flea C6, Royal Enfield is developing another electric motorcycle called the Flying Flea S6. While it is expected to share the C6's basic platform and technical foundation, the S6 will feature scrambler-style design elements.

The upcoming model is expected to offer a more rugged appearance, giving customers another electric motorcycle option within the Flying Flea range.

Outside India, Royal Enfield has also introduced the Flying Flea C6 in the UK and five other European countries. By gradually expanding its dealership network in India, the company is working to increase its presence in the electric motorcycle market.

For now, customers in Bengaluru, Hyderabad and Pune can access sales and service facilities for the Flying Flea C6. Further expansion into other Indian cities may follow as Royal Enfield develops its electric motorcycle business.
