6.7-Inch Display

The Galaxy A08 features a 6.7-inch HD+ PLS LCD with a 90Hz refresh rate. The higher refresh rate makes scrolling and animations smoother compared with a standard 60Hz display. The front of the phone is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 5.

MediaTek Helio G99+ Processor

For performance, the Samsung Galaxy A08 is powered by the MediaTek Helio G99+ chipset. It comes with 4GB RAM and 64GB of internal storage. The storage can be expanded by up to 2TB using a microSD card. The phone also comes with Samsung Knox for security. It helps protect important data, including passwords and biometric information.

Circle to Search, Gemini and Perplexity

Gemini and Perplexity can also be accessed using voice commands. Users can access these AI services by long-pressing the power button. As part of the Samsung Galaxy ecosystem, the phone also supports Quick Share and Modes and Routines.

For selfies and video calls, the phone has an 8-megapixel front camera with an f/2.0 aperture.

6,000mAh Battery and 25W Charging

One of the biggest highlights of the Galaxy A08 is its 6,000mAh battery. The large battery is designed to provide long-lasting usage. The phone also supports 25W fast charging.
Despite having a large battery, the phone has a thickness of only 8mm, allowing Samsung to keep the device relatively slim.

IP64 Rating

The Galaxy A08 also offers protection against dust and water splashes. The phone has an IP64 rating, which provides a certain level of resistance against dust and light water splashes.
Samsung has combined a 6,000mAh battery, 90Hz display, 50-megapixel camera, MediaTek Helio G99+ processor and long-term software support in the Galaxy A08, which is priced at Rs 18,499 in India.
