Tata Sierra Legend Series Gets More Premium Features
One of the main highlights of the Legend series is the addition of premium features to more affordable variants. The Sierra Pure+ L, for example, gets ventilated front seats and a 6-way powered driver's seat. It also comes with dual-zone climate control, a manual Boss Mode, thigh support extenders and a leatherette finish inside the cabin.
The entry-level Smart+ L also gets several upgrades over the standard Smart+ trim. These include leatherette seats and interior trim, wheel covers, auto-folding ORVMs, steering-mounted controls and roof rails.
Moving to the Pure L, buyers get a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, a rear camera, an 8-speaker audio system, cruise control, tyre pressure monitoring system and a rear wiper-washer. This trim also gets 17-inch alloy wheels.
The Pure L (O) adds a panoramic sunroof, automatic headlamps and rain-sensing wipers. This makes several premium Sierra features available at a lower price point.
Tata Sierra Adventure+ L: Features and New Powertrain Options
The Adventure+ L sits at the top of the Legend series lineup. It gets features such as a 360-degree camera, frequency-dependent dampers, terrain modes, dual 12.3-inch screens and front parking sensors.
Other features include reclining rear seats, ambient lighting, a cooled glove box and a wireless charging pad.
Tata Motors has also added two new powertrain options to the Sierra lineup. The Pure+ L is now available with a 160hp, 1.5-litre direct-injection turbo-petrol engine, making it the most affordable Sierra variant with this engine.
The Adventure+ L also gets a new 106hp, 1.5-litre petrol-DCT powertrain. The same petrol-DCT option is now available with the standard Sierra Adventure+ trim as well.
With the new Legend series, Tata Motors has added more choices for Sierra buyers across different price points. Customers can now choose between the existing Signature series and the new Legend series, depending on their preferred features, engine and budget.
