Udaipur, April 24, 2025: Vivo has launched the Pad 5 Pro and Vivo Pad SE in China. These new Android tablets run on Android 15 with Originos 5 and come with a single rear camera. The Vivo Pad 5 Pro features a 13-inch display with 3.1K resolution and is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9400 processor. On the other hand, the Vivo Pad SE has a 12.3-inch display with 2.5K resolution and is powered by the Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 processor. The Vivo Pad 5 Pro also offers eight speakers and a 12,050mAh battery. Vivo is providing an ultra-light version of both tablets as well.

Vivo Pad 5 Pro and Vivo Pad SE Price

The Vivo Pad 5 Pro is priced at CNY 2,999 (around ₹34,000) for the base 8GB RAM + 128GB storage variant. The other variants with 8GB + 256GB, 12GB + 256GB, 12GB + 512GB, and 16GB + 512GB RAM and storage are priced at CNY 3,099, CNY 3,399, CNY 3,699, and CNY 3,899 (around ₹36,000 to ₹45,000) respectively.

The lightweight variant of the Vivo Pad 5 Pro is priced at CNY 3,899 (around ₹45,500) for the 12GB + 256GB model and CNY 4,399 (around ₹51,000) for the 16GB + 512GB model.

The tablet is available in Cold Star Gray, Cloud Pink, Light Feather White, and Spring Tide Blue colors. Light Feather White is exclusive to the lightweight variant.

The Vivo Pad SE starts at CNY 999 (around ₹11,000) for the base 6GB + 128GB model. The 8GB + 128GB and 8GB + 256GB versions are priced at CNY 1,299 (around ₹15,000) and CNY 1,599 (around ₹18,600) respectively. The Soft Light Edition of the Vivo Pad SE costs CNY 1,799 (around ₹20,000) for the 8GB + 256GB model.

The Vivo Pad SE is available in Blue, Dark Gray, and Titanium colors. Both the Vivo Pad 5 Pro and Vivo Pad SE are available for sale in China.

Vivo Pad 5 Pro Specifications

The Vivo Pad 5 Pro runs on OriginOS 5 based on Android 15. It features a 13-inch 3.1K (2,064x3,096 pixels) display with up to 144Hz refresh rate and 480Hz touch sampling rate. The display also supports HDR10 and can deliver up to 1200 nits of peak brightness.

The tablet is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9400 processor, paired with up to 16GB of LPDDR5x RAM and up to 512GB of UFS 4.1 storage.

It has a 13MP rear camera and an 8MP front camera for video calls and selfies. The eight-speaker panoramic acoustic system enhances sound quality.

For connectivity, the tablet includes Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.4, OTG, and a USB Type-C port. It also comes with sensors like color temperature, gravity, gyroscope, hall, and light sensor.

The Vivo Pad 5 Pro is equipped with a 12,050mAh battery supporting 66W fast charging. The battery promises up to 16 hours of online movie watching and a maximum of 70 days of standby time on a single charge. It measures 289.56x198.32x5.96mm and weighs 635 grams.

The Light Feather White variant weighs just 578 grams and is 5.94mm thick.

Vivo Pad SE Specifications

The Vivo Pad SE also runs on Android 15 with OriginOS 5. It features a 12.3-inch 2.5K (1,600x2,464 pixels) display with up to 90Hz refresh rate. The tablet is powered by the Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 processor, with up to 8GB of RAM and up to 256GB of storage.

It has a 5MP rear camera and a 5MP front camera for selfies and video calls. The tablet is equipped with four speakers for audio.

For connectivity, the Vivo Pad SE includes Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.2, OTG, and USB 2.0. It is backed by an 8,500mAh battery that supports 15W fast charging. The tablet measures 277.08x185.58x6.8mm and weighs around 559 grams. The Soft Light variant is 6.87mm thick and weighs 569 grams.
